Order placement 

You can choose to place your order and checkout on WTAPS HK as our registered user or as our guest. 

Since our products are available in limited quantity, you are welcome to purchase not more than 1 item of each product style (no matter whether it is different or same colour and size).   Any excessive order placed on WTAPS HK may be rejected by us.

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.  

 

Delivery – Free Shipping 

WTAPS HK offers Free Shipping for delivery (via our designated courier company - SF Express) at your address within China-Hong Kong.   

Normally, the ordered products will arrive in 3 – 8 days from the dispatch date.  In case of public holidays, the actual delivery time will be posted on the Website.  In case of delivery to a remote area or during bad weather, the delivery time may also be extended. 

After the order is dispatched, registered users may find the courier’s tracking number for their respective orders upon Login.   Non-registered users or guests may click on “VIEW YOUR ORDER” in your order confirmation email to check the order details and the courier’s tracking number.

No Return No Refund policy 

All WTAPS HK products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
